CSAE Prevention and Response Policy

Last Updated: [14/Aug/2025]

At DawaDaira, the safety and well-being of our users—especially children—is our highest priority. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards any Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) content or activity.

Our app is a safe environment for all users. Any attempt to share, promote, request, or otherwise engage in CSAE is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action, including reporting to the appropriate legal authorities.

1. Prohibition

  • CSAE material or activity is strictly prohibited on DawaDaira.

  • This includes, but is not limited to: images, videos, text, links, or any communication that depicts, promotes, or encourages sexual abuse or exploitation of minors.

  • Any user found involved in CSAE will be permanently banned and reported to law enforcement.

2. Detection

To protect our community, DawaDaira uses:

  • Automated moderation tools to scan and detect known CSAE material, including industry-standard hash-matching databases.

  • Human moderation teams trained to identify and review suspicious content and activity.

  • Ongoing safety audits to ensure our detection systems remain effective and up-to-date.

3. Reporting

We encourage all users to take an active role in keeping the community safe. If you encounter any harmful or suspicious content:

  • In-App Reporting: Use the “Report” button next to the content or user profile.

  • Email Support: Contact us at developer@getmedloop.com.

  • Reports will be reviewed immediately by our moderation team.

4. Response

When a report of CSAE is received, DawaDaira will:

  1. Remove the content immediately from our platform.

  2. Suspend or permanently ban the responsible account(s).

  3. Preserve evidence securely for investigation purposes.

  4. Report the violation to relevant law enforcement agencies and, where applicable, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or similar organizations.

5. Collaboration

DawaDaira is committed to working closely with:

  • Law enforcement agencies in Pakistan and internationally.

  • Child protection organizations such as the NCMEC.

  • Industry partners to share safety best practices and strengthen CSAE prevention efforts.
